About The Program:
The first week's goal is to achieve a calorie deficit and bring our bodies to a detox level.
The second week is adetox week. I have prepared a menu that both provides a calorie deficit and promotes healthy eating to eliminate toxins. Please try to spend this week treting yourself in a calm environment, doing enjoyable activities, and using face and eye masks, and taking Epsom salt and magnesium baths.
The final week is the week to reintroduce the necessary nutrients into our menu. It is important not to stay hungry for long periods and to get the necessary nutrients to lose weight without causing stress to the body. When you follow this program, an average weight loss of 3-4 kg can be expected. The World Health Organization and the American College consider losing 1 kg per week to be appropriate.
On the last page, I wanted to explain how to detox from toxins in our daily lives, how to use products with the cleanest content possible, and how to minimize exposure to chemicals. Although it can be difficult to apply these in daily life, it is in our hands to become aware and improve a little more.
