Barre exercises are designed to create sexy, lean and strong muscles, also improve your posture, increase your flexibility, mobility level and develop balance. 
My signature workout is inspired by pilates, ballet, stretching/gymnastic exercises and HIT training. 


We use dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, pilates ball, glidings, yoga blocks. All af these items adds intensity to the exercises. You will notice changes in your body even in one week. 


These remarkable exercises are for person who exercise regularly and who want to see results faster. If you did not exercise before I suggest you to take even 1 month personal session and then continue with group class.

P.S: I will send you recording after class so you can do it when you are available and you will never miss the class.
